These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soulio mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by us (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Soulio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

If you access the Service through:

• Apple App Store, you agree to comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service
• Google Play, you agree to comply with Google Play Terms and applicable Android terms
• Facebook, you agree to comply with Facebook’s applicable platform terms

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use certain AI-related or emotionally interactive features. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Soulio for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Submit false or misleading birth or personal data for harmful use
• Upload explicit, violent, or offensive content
• Transmit spam or unauthorized advertisements
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide, including birth details, messages, and inputs to AI features. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for:

• Providing astrology calculations and AI-generated insights
• Improving AI model performance and response quality
• Ensuring product functionality and safety
• Complying with legal obligations

You are solely responsible for your content.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Soulio uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate astrology interpretations, emotional insights, and conversational responses.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results may vary in quality, tone, and accuracy
• Outputs may be imperfect, subjective, or not aligned with your expectations
• Results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide
• No specific outcome, prediction, or result is guaranteed

All AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.

7. No Refund Based on AI Output Quality

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, dissatisfaction with output quality alone does not constitute grounds for a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Updates

We may update the application automatically to improve security, functionality, and performance. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Reputational or emotional impact resulting from use of the Service

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

If you access Soulio on an iOS device:

• Apple is not responsible for the Service
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
